India contributes to US export reform in its own way

While export reform dialogue goes on in the US India has told the superpower's authorities it is not too keen on having many of its organisations still on export restriction lists - I guess that's what happens when you spend most of the Cold War being chummy with the Soviet Union. But I suppose that was 20-years ago. In the meantime the Indian government is getting on with creating a milsat infrastructure for its Navy and will probably be improving security near its space research organisation's facillities after this recent shoot out
