A video is now available of the unmanned cargo spacecraft Progress M-016M successfully undocking and leaving the International Space Station's Pirs module.  The undocking took place at 1315 GMT on 9 February.  Later that day the spacecraft was re-entered over the South Pacific at 1619 GMT with remaining debris impacting at 1715 GMT.

That's 5 minutes and 48 seconds of my life that I won't get back.

No car chases, no explosions, no botox. I didn't even see 007.

Is this really the future of film-making?

In space, no one can hear you yawn. Flightglobal's Hyperbola blog/column sometimes likes to show the ennui of spaceflight as it really is, rather than just showing the edited highlights. The truth is that spaceflight usually tries to be as safe and boring as possible. And sometimes this very boredom can sometimes catch complacent space travellers off guard, often allowing something interesting and very dangerous to happen. "May you live in interesting times," remains a Chinese curse for good reason.
