Sea Launch has preliminary agreement to launch Echostar satellite

In spite the recent failure of its Russian-Ukranian Zenit 3-SL launch carrying Intelsat 27, the commercial launch services provider, Sea Launch AG, is still attracting new business.   It has made a preliminary agreement with the commecial satellite operator EchoStar Satellite Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of EchoStar Corp. to be the intended launch services provider for the launch of a satellite using a Zenit 3-SL rocket launched from the ocean-based Odyssey launch platform in 2015.  The satellite has not yet been identified.
