Not really that I can see (other than the name: ANA to Boeing). I must be missing something....

The raked nose and windshield and tapered tail and tail cone seen in the original concept were changed to a more conventional design while retaining the sharply pointed nose to a degree. It's still a very fine looking aircraft.
