Anthony Cordesman and Hans Ulrich Kaeser, of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, today released a devastating critique of US airpower strategy. The F-22, F-35, KC-X, V-22 and VH-71 are studied, and the combined outlook is decidedly grim.
