Interesting that Gates talks about acquisition reform and then plusses-up the biggest offender, F-35. massively over-budget and behind schedule it should be the poster child fo how not to do acquisition. With the F-22 termination and only FY10 buy of F/A-18s, all of our TACAIR eggs are in the F-35 basket. Unfortunateluy that basket already has lots of problems and only a handful of test flights.
Maybe the white flag industry got a bump up in the market?
