And the appropriators! Don't forget the Senate appropriators! They haven't even taken up their defense bill yet. More F-22s could re-surface there, but the odds of success are a lot longer now. Meanwhile the House has already added $360 million for long-lead on 12 more F-22s.

One of the main reasons Obama gets away with what is obviously a moronic statement about waste is twofold. 1) He thinks the American people are stupid and don't know the difference between million, billion and trillion and; 2) The media will cover for him. You will hear stories that $1.75 billion is the largest number ever invented that scientists cannot even describe how large the number is, but, a trillion for healthcare socialization and $787 billion for the stimulas are just itty bitty numbers.
