    Does this have an application to klll an IED?

    It’s supposed to distrupt electrical systems, so, if that’s how the IED is triggered, then presumably yes. But the AAC has been pretty clear that they want this missile to hit very high value targets, specifically a conventional enemy’s C3 systems.
