British Airways, in an internal email, has confirmed that it will be suspending its Sharm -el Sheikh route with effect from 2nd of May. The airline is citing poor demand as the reason for cancellation. The route is presently served three times a week on board Boeing 777 aircraft. It is believed that the airline will utilise the aircraft on added frequencies to existing destinations.
