Aeroflot to resume Colombo and Ho Chi Minh City flights

 Aeroflot, in Winter 2011 is resuming flights to two of its past destinations – Colombo and Ho Chi Minh City.

Flights to Colombo, Sri Lanka will start on 1st November 2011 following a hiatus of a few years, and will operate twice weekly. The flights will operate nonstop on board Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

 Sri Lanka’s national carrier SriLankan Airlines too is due to launch flights to Moscow from 23rd December. The flights will operate three times weekly on board Airbus A330-200 aircraft to Moscow Domodedovo airport.

Flights to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, are resuming after ten years and will operate twice weekly effective 30th October 2011.
