Icelandair to launch Denver from May

 Icelandair, from 10 May 2012 is launching service to Denver – its 8th destination in the US. The route was hinted by the Denver mayor a few days ago. The new flights are now open for reservation. Icelandair is likely to get a considerable feed out of Denver for its services onwards to Europe. The carrier’s friendly services on board has become quite popular with US travellers, specially with families, as Icelandair offers a free 72 hour stopover at Reykjavik.

The airline is also expected to increase its Seattle flights to daily by Summer 2012.
