Qatar Airways has introduced a higher density seating configuration for some of its 777-300ER aircraft to be used on lower yielding routes. The new configuration will have 380 (24J/356Y) seats in total, with the removal of the second Business Class cabin and replacing it with Economy Class. The Economy Class seating remains 3-3-3. One 777-300ER, A7-ABP, has already been reconfigured with this configuration and is operating on the Doha - Manila - Doha route.
