On the opening footage of this video, it appears as though the twin towers are in the background as the "Coast Guard" camera is shooting footage. If those aren't the twin towers, what are they? The rescue looks genuine, but I can't understand why the towers would be in the shot.

Me too , I can conclude it is the twin tower , It mean there have been some photoshop and montage.
