As we used to say on Flight International - "bit late on the round-out Hoskins".

Anyone know anything more about this. Seems to be no attempt at a flare at all.

This is the Il-76MF prototype and considering it sounds like they reverse while airborne this is most likely either a short landing demonstration or trial and done on purpose. Perhaps not the mainwheels lifting off.

Maybe it was intentional, some kind of Ilyushin design bureau flight test?
Lot of nose wheels there, looks like 4 instead of the usual 2.

This is actually a conventional procedure for the Il-76, An-124, An-12, etc. They put their nose gear down first as their wings produce enough lift to still hold the middle of the body in the air and then smoothly bring down the main gear.
