Boeing - 787-3

The 787-3 is a medium-sized, twin-engine, twin-aisle aircraft with as much as 50 per cent of the primary structure - including the fuselage and wing made of composite materials. The 787-3 is a reduced range derivative of the 787-8. Originally scheduled to enter into service in 2010, this is expected to be put back by the six month delay in the entire 787 programme, announced in October 2007.
