Description
This Forum will begin with an overview of the aviation regulatory environment applicable to tax issues. Presenters will then address, at an intermediate to advanced level, federal and state tax matters relevant to business aircraft ownership and operations, including such topics as deduction limitations related to entertainment use and federal excise taxes applicable to business aviation.
