Flightglobal Webbies - how to enter
The Flightglobal Webbies celebrate and acknowledge the best and brightest aviation websites and online activities. From established industry leaders to striving newcomers, the eight Flightglobal Webbies categories give the entire online aviation community a chance to enter or nominate their favourite websites.
The Flightglobal Webbies are now closed for nominations and the judges are considering the shortlisted entries.
Entry requirements
- Name of entrant/nominator
- Email address
- Name of website/activity
- URL of website/activity
- Description of website/activity (200 words max)
- Explanation of success against entry criteria (400 words max)
Timings
- 3rd November – Entries/nominations open
- 19th December 2008 – Entries/nominations close
- 9th February 2008 - announcements
Winning entries will receive:
- Webbies 2008 "winners" medallion logo to display on their website
- Featured in editorial review of Webbies in Flightglobal and Flight International magazine
- Guaranteed month-long presence on Flightglobal home page
- Guaranteed month-long presence on relevant channel home page on Flightglobal
- Year-long link presence on Editor’s Blog
- Links from the Flight e-newsletters
- “Last year’s winners” features and testimonials in the launch of Webbies 2009
- The opportunity to post a 2 minute video profiling their winning site on the Flight Blog
