Completely understands techniques, standards and principles, concerning monitoring and access to company property. Provides assistance to others. Provides guidance in producing and issuing identification credentials to comply with company requirements to ensure persons on company property are identified and are authorized to access property. Utilizes company standard production equipment and supplies. Verifies identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance. Performs on-line background checks of non-employees. Participates in cross-functional teams and special projects. Uses working knowledge of government requirements and industry standards to produce and maintain locks, keys, and other physical access hardware. Meets customer requirements by deploying industry standard and government approved systems and devices. Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with government and company requirements regarding access. Assists others with understanding of policies and procedures. Knowledge of record keeping requirements, pertinent databases, logs and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Provides accurate guidance regarding records management and data management systems. Responds to authorized inquiries. Develops solutions to problems, regarding the use of credentials, access devices, and access control systems to ensure protection of people, property and information. Provides assistance to others. Assists in developing and providing of training to appropriate personnel across the enterprise relating to access systems (to include software, hardware, and processes) to ensure processes are executed consistently and accurately.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically proven related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
