Position reports to the Maintenance Repair Overhaul Technology Center (MROTC) General Manager at Oklahoma City and provides support for staff. Perform various tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency. Coordinates and processes travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card changes to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards. Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information. Plans the acquisition and maintenance of resources. Orders and maintains office supplies. Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings. Coordinates with customers, management and other organization groups to resolve technical and administrative issues. Meet and greet customers/visitors. Works under general supervision. Compiles data from various sources. Creates drafts and final documents using multiple software tools. Reviews internal and routine documents. Coordinates and facilitates important or sensitive communications on behalf of the organization and management. Interacts frequently with internal and external personnel and customers. Compiles data and assists in analysis to establish facilities, equipment and computer needs. Assists in developing solutions. Processes requests for facilities, equipment and computer needs.

Additional duties include management and conference room calendar coordination, typing and producing management's communications and frequently working in Microsoft powerpoint, MS excel and MS word.

Typical Education/Experience

 

High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information

 

Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Power Point, Word, Excel & Outlook is required. Must interface well with external and internal customers/suppliers and other duties assigned. Must be able to multi-task and willing to learn other functions to fill in as required. There is no funding available for relocation.
