-Boomer Operator- Subject Matter Expert

1. Performing Air Refueling operation support to all the Training and Operation Services Departments.

2. Define Air Refueling operation concept in accordance to the responsible areas.

3. Preparation of multimedia courseware and training manuals of aircraft systems related to air refueling operations covering functional description, operation and maintenance of the mentioned aircraft systems

4. Performing Training Analysis using the existing tools in Training and Operation Services.

5. Conduct theoretical and practical elements of training courses related to the air refueling systems and operations , covering functional description, operation of the mentioned aircraft systems. Available training media will be used (rigs, simulators, aircraft).

6. Providing support for the specification of main requirements, development and
qualification of the training aids identified during the training analysis and requirement for conducting the training courses.

7. Definition, development and delivery of operational support to the customers in the operations related to air refueling.

8. Development of operational technical publications contents and procedures related to air refueling operations.

9. Providing support in the contacts with vendors for obtaining data and/or offers of training in relation with the mentioned aircraft systems. Providing support in the preparation of Training Plans to cover specific requirements of each customer.

Technical Skills: Education to Boom Operator in KC-135 and KC-10 tankers (i.e. Altus AFB, Oklahoma USA). Instructor in KC-135 and KC-10 tankers.

High experience in boom and AAR operations (+4000 FH)

Language Skills.

User of standard software applications (word processor, excel, presentations, data bases).

Ability to transmit knowledge to the students efficiently. Excellent communication skills. Team working oriented in multicultural environment. Able to work under pressure and objectives oriented. Availability to work deployed for certain periods of time (conducting courses at Customer's facilities).
