The Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP) develops participants into business professionals by providing a challenging, fast paced learning experience through a diverse two year rotation program. Program participants are exposed to a variety of business positions such as Financial Planning, Scheduling, Contracts & Pricing, Accounting, Program Cost Management, Procurement Financial Analysis, and one business elective based on assignment availability. Selected candidates must be willing to work at any or all of the following Boeing locations in Southern California: Anaheim, El Segundo, Huntington Beach, Long Beach and Seal Beach. Upon completion of the program, participants are equipped with leadership and functional skills necessary to excel in a variety of roles across The Boeing Company.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to Obtain Interim and/or Final Clearances (Post Start) - US Citizenship Required. Open to students graduating with a Bachelor's degree between August 2009 to June 2010. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other analytical fields are preferred; other undergraduate degrees may be considered. An overall GPA of 3.25 is required at the time of interview and hire; a GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred. Clearly state your cumulative GPA, degree and expected date of graduation on your resume. Anticipated start date is in June 2010.
