Defines and communicates cost and/or schedule trends and quantifies cost and/or schedule. Compiles data from multiple sources and develops reports to meet stringent reporting. Develops strategic plans and business cases using appropriate financial indices. Initiates and conducts analysis of Financial Statements and associated risks/opportunities to provide understanding of financial performance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines and variance analyses. Defines and communicates cost and/or schedule trends and quantifies cost and/or schedule risks. Leads project startup by conducting planning and implementation activities such as work/organization breakdown structure development and responsibility assignment matrix development. Makes recommendations for program financial and performance improvements. Develops and implements compliance plans. Leads development of strategic plans and business cases using appropriate financial indices. Leads and integrates the collection and documentation of requirements for training, processes and new tool development. Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions. Works under general or minimal direction.
Will work a wide variety of business issues for Boeing Laser Technical Services (BLTS) regarding contracts in Albuquerque, NM. Responsible for financial and cost control requirements. Ability to coordinate, consolidate, analyze, and maintain data coming from the financial information systems. Interface with Boeing Project Leads and Air Force customer to assist in answering questions and rapidly providing solutions to problems and issues. Develop and coordinate integrated budget baseline plans. Prepares, integrates, validates, reconciles, identifies issues, anomalies and performs analysis in support of the Estimate at Completions (EACs) to provide a financial forecast for contracts and programs using defined EAC processes, tools, policies and procedures. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports including spend plans, and company funds request (CFR) when required. Prepare Long Range Business Plans, Indirect Rate Build-up, RONA information, journal entries and monthly forecasts. Performs monthly reconciliations.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required. Experience with Boeing financials systems including EAS, ICAA, and FPCR highly desirable. EVM experience would be a plus. Knowledge of LEAN concepts a plus.

Other Job related information
The qualified candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills. An interim Secret clearance is required pre hire and final secret post hire. A current security clearance is desired. There is a limited relocation fund of $7,000.00.
