Candidate will be responsible for administering Earned Value Management (EVM) on Missile Defense National Team and conducting analysis of program performance and associated risks/opportunities to provide understanding of financial performance to internal/external stakeholders, utilizing Earned Value Management System (EVMS) information. Defines and communicates cost and/or schedule trends and quantifies cost and/or schedule risks. Makes recommendations for program performance improvements. Develops and implements compliance plans. Supporting the execution of programs in a weekly Earned Value Management (EVM) environment is a key role in this position. Working knowledge of Cost Schedule Planning & Reporting system (CSPR3) is required. Other responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data in support of integrated cost, schedule, and resource plans for the programs, participating in the review of program performance, developing comprehensive estimate-at-complete assessments, and supporting the development of variance analyses and corrective action plans. Candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as effective communication skills. Interaction with Program Management, Control Account Managers, and the entire Finance team will play a significant role in this assignment. Works under minimal direction.

Business Case Analysis

Typical Education/Experience

Level 3 - Bachelor's and proven related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information

Required: Excellent computing skills required (e.g., MS Office Suite. Analytical skills required), written and oral presentation skills, effective teaming skills, knowledge of Open Plan Professional (OPP) and Cobra and ability to understand and apply cost burdens.
