This position is located within the Law Department at The Boeing Company Corporate Headquarters in Chicago and coordinates the Departments operations function. The principal job duties for this position are as follows: Evaluates, reviews, and audits existing and proposed processes with regard to the Law Departments Matter Management System (BOLTS), including the recommendation and implementation of process improvements and best practices. Serves as the point of contact with outside vendors to maintain and enhance working relationships, monitor vendor performance and ensure effectiveness and compliance with all functional and business requirements. Leads the development of Boeing Preferred Network project implementation plans, including working with Outside Counsel and Law Department Senior Management and employing project management skills to provide IT support system enhancements; leads the development of reporting and metrics regarding utilization and maintenance of the Boeing Preferred Network (BPN) and communicates same to Law Department personnel, including Senior Management. Prepares administrative and technical reports and presentations and maintains metrics and performance data in support of the BPN. Collaborates with operations team members and other Law Department personnel to identify, manage and implement technical and business related process improvements, operating efficiencies and cost savings initiatives.

Typical Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree with proven experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
