Manages employees performing technical activities in the areas of Engineering Product Lifecycle. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical guidance to suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Must have detailed technical production experience with National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) products such as ICM, TLM, FLIP, JOG, etc. Demonstrates subject matter expertise with production lifecycles for NGA. Must have demonstrated the ability to lead employees daily, delegating tasks to staff based on dynamic production requirements from multiple projects. Demonstrates a complete technical understanding of customer needs, expectation, and future direction. Demonstrates technical acuity to produce deliverables, not just manage their production.
