CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - BANGLADESH - AIRLINE MANAGEMENT

Our client is a rapidly growing and major airline in Bangladesh and due to their growth plans and fast developing network, they now require a Chief Executive Officer.

Job Description:

Will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the airline and report directly to the Board of Directors and to provide leadership and strategic direction in the development of the airline relating to the commercial direction, safety and efficiency of the Company's operation.

Requirements:

Mustof at least held the post of COO for an airline in Asia or the Middle East but is preferably a CEO of the airline
You will be responsible for drafting and implementing the business plan after receiving approval from the Board of Directors and then responsible for the execution of the business plan
Advising the Board of Directors on the requirements of the Company and to ensure that the organisation and its dimensioning are structured to match the engagements of the Company.
To ensurethat theresources required for the Operations and Technical Management such as material, training resources and personnel are sufficient to meet the demands set by the activities of the Company.
Possess a deep understanding of the airline industry and a comprehensive knowledge of commercial aviation challenges.
You must display a proven leadership record with a demonstrated ability to engage and inspire the team to deliver organisational objectives.
Ideal candidate should have work experience either in the South Asian region

Position is based in Dhaka/Bangladesh.
