Duties and Responsibilities:

* We seek a highly motivated and uniquely creative software engineer, who is technology expert and will have 7-10 years of strong experience building Enterprise Systems using Service Oriented and Object Oriented design and development. The candidate should have advanced skills in areas such as software factories and software patters. Additionally, applicant should have experience with Microsoft technologies such as VP.NET and/or C#, VB6, COM, ASP.Net, XML and MS SQL Server.
* Applicant must have ability to assist developers and solving the problems with their creative ideas
* Formulate and recommend standards for achieving maximum productivity from the tools
* Propose new Enterprise Application Tools based on need, IT need and technologies
* Assist development teams to implement these components into applications.
* Work closely with development teams to pilot and prove out the capabilities of enterprise tools
* Must have excellent application development skills and proven track record delivering well designed complex enterprise class systems
* Must have proven interpersonal and influencing skills at the developer level of the organization
* Demonstrated experience in a variety of application development technology concepts, practices, and procedures
* Must have proven advanced experience using and migrating to leading technologies
* Advanced demonstrated experience with object orientated design and development techniques using Microsoft technologies and Service Oriented Architecture.
* Demonstrated use of .Net application development technologies as well as a solid understanding and practical use of other Microsoft development technologies such as VB.NET, C#.Net, XML, SQL, and SOA
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Must be able to quickly establish trust and credibility within the application development staff
* Must have excellent written communication and verbal communication
* Must have excellent technical development and design skills and be able to mentor others to improve their skills
* Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast paced, flexible environment while managing multiple priorities
* Proven of professional information systems experience with proven advanced development experience

Qualifications Required:

* Ideal candidate would have proven experience working with Oracle E-Business suite in any of the module. The candidate should be a problem solver with creativity and bring new ideas to the table.
* Required, ability to deliver functional and implementation support for large Oracle E-Business Suite deployments
* Proven track record of successful Oracle Apps project delivery contributions and experiences
* Good technical knowledge of wide variety of Oracle modules
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coordination of implementation team and manage execution and reporting of project tasks within scoped timelines
* Oracle Forms/Reports 6i development, advanced Queuing, Java, .net, XML, is a plus.
