The position will report to the EMEA C&B Leader and will provide HR support to all Boeing businesses and employees in the UK & Ireland as a member of the UK and Ireland Human Resources team. The role will be responsible for the implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies in the UK and Ireland by managing the development, implementation and administration of local benefit and compensation programs within the corporate global governance structure. In addition the job holder will provide compensation planning and benefits consulting to the HR Leader and different business leaders as follows: Analysis and evaluation salary structures for different jobs to ensure market competitiveness, implement and maintain locally competitive and compliant benefit and compensation programs including pay practices. Provide compensation advice on process organization, job changes, classify jobs according to the internal job evaluation system. Develop and recommend benefit program changes, upgrades as well as implement new benefits and ensure consistency across the UK. The role will partnering on M&A activities. He / she will draw on a varied HR background to complete activities related to both Transaction ( due diligence, negotiations) and Integration ( planning and integration)
Accountable for deployment corporate programs such as wellness programs, performance management, compensation training.
Provide technical knowledge and support to local offices in regulations governing benefits and pensions administration. Oversee UK Benefits administration ensuring compliance of all benefit plans as per UK legislation.
Manage vendor relationships with consultants, third party administrators and benefit plan providers
