External:</p> <ul> <li>Customers <li>Suppliers </li></ul> <p>Prime Objective:</p> <ul> <li>Promote "Best Practice" customer service through the timely and accurate processing of all customer order, and the fast and decisive response to all customer enquiries. </li></ul> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Over sees all expiry issues to avoid losses by the company. <li>Recommends course of action needed to avoid losses and instructs Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) on procedures to avoid the loss. <li>Recommends substitutions in coordination with the Supply Chain team Procurement team and CSM. <li>Informs customers of the substitution recommendation for dissemination to ordering point customers. <li>Coordinates communication between Joint Logistics Command (JLC) and SFS on all ordering issues and procedures. <li>Tracks all road deliveries and provides updates to the customer in a timely manner. <li>Coordinates reported losses with Finance and Transportation offices for compensation. <li>Provides all documentation need to support any claims. <li>Documents all operating instructions, <li>Maintains the documentation to insure it is current with directives and procedures and insures conformity to instructions. <li>All other duties as required by the CSM or the DGM. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills and Qualifications:</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>Educated to a minimum A level standard. <li>Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to prioritise workloads, and be both proactive and reactive. <li>High degree of data entry accuracy. <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in Eng. language. <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. </li></ul> <p>Desirable:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a customer service role. <li>Experience in a FMCG environment. <li>Experience with computerized order entry and inventory system. </li></ul> <p> Back | See all Afghanistan job listings </p> Apply for a Job <p>To submit a resume package please provide copies of the following documents:</p> <p>Please send a copy a copy of your resume, along with a cover letter stating the position you are applying for.</p> <p><strong>Mail to:</strong>
