Aircraft Commerce Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a leading private operator based in Europe to find a Director Charter Sales. This is a very senior role whereby you will have responsibility for the profit and loss of the charter business in Europe. You will be required to formulate a successful strategy and also be a creative in identifying new sales channels and expanding existing channels whilst processing customer enquiries,, preparing proposals and creditworthiness of potential customers.
Personally you will have at least ten years aviation experience, including leadership experience and at least 5 years work experience in charter sales in the business aviation sector. You will have thorough knowledge of the European business jet charter market with an extremely successful track record of charter sales with multi million Euro turnovers with an excellent network of charter clients. You will have an excellent network of charter clients to bing with you as prospective clients.
