Sigmar Aviation, on behalf of our client airline, is currently seeking a Director of Flight Operations. This position is based in the Middle East.
This position requires an enthusiastic individual who has excellent organizational and managerial skills and the ability to participate in strategic decision making. The ideal candidate should possess proven motivational leadership and time management skills coupled with the ability to synchronize many large tasks successfully. This is a non flying role.
Additional qualifications include;
- B737 -300/400/500 type rating
- Minimum of 7000 hours flying time
- Minimum of 12 years of aviation experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in Operations Management.
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Fluent Aviation English
