Experience:

* Requires a minimum of two (2) years experience in AFSC 432X0 /454X0(252X0) of which one (1) year must be at the seven (7) level.
* Qualification as an F-100 jet engine mechanic is mandatory with F-100-220 experience preferred. In addition, experience in performing or supervising function such as repair, modification, or testing of jet engines is mandatory. Experience in maintenance of airframes is desirable.
* In addition to the basic qualifications and experience at (a) and (b), selected 43270/45470 (25270) shall meet the extra requirements specified as follows:
* The 43270/45470 (25270) assigned to Quality Control at all bases shall have an additional minimum of two (2) years experience in QC.
* One of the 43270/45470s (25270) at KKAB must be qualified and experienced on the F-100 test cell and should be capable of carrying out diagnostic troubleshooting, proving and calibration runs of F-100 engines. Must be familiar with the test cell installed equipment, its maintenance, calibration, and safety requirements.
* One (1) each of the 43270/45470s (25270) at KKAB and KFDAB shall be qualified and experienced in engine scheduling. You shall be capable of tracking F-100 engine, modules and components in the Autolog or FACTS and ACETS systems and coordinating the data for engine induction into repair and the general management of engine, module and spares assets. Must be capable of managing the on-site warranty program.
* Two (2) 43270/45470 (25270) at KKAB shall be qualified and experienced on the F-15 secondary power system (SPS) and principle F-100 components.
* One (1) of the 43270/45470 (25270) at KAAB shall fill the post of the Logistics Support Analyst (LSA) located at the Depot, but under the functional command and control of the Maintenance Squadron Commander, KAAB.
* Provides liaison and logistics assistance in all matters of supply and maintenance management for the F-100 engine. Responsibilities will include monitoring the F-100 fleet warranty program, all engine tracking, preparing module induction forecasts from Autolog, FACTS and ACETS data, reviewing and recommending on USAF parts buy suggestions, monitoring repair and return status for depot repairable, preparing detailed material status, identifying parts shortages and producing semi-annual forecast of module inductions for HQ RSAF.
* Coordinates on technical problems with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) , agencies to ensure supply and technical difficulties are resolved expeditiously.
* Ensures documentation kits/parts are available for modification or inspection programs. Establishes and manages a OJT program to ensure RSAF personnel can perform the functions listed for the post of LSA.
