Responsibilities:

· Reception and care of passengers and crews

· Extensive planning and coordination of movements, in cooperation with the responsible authorities at the airport

· Reservations of hotels, limousines and taxis

· Catering orders

· Account of Contracts for cash or credit cards

· Daily Business Administration

Requirements:

· Commercial training, hotel management or similar

· Experience in the aviation industry or at a hotel reception beneficial

· Very good German and English language skills in written and spoken

· Willingness to work in shifts

· Good computer skills

· Driving category B

We are seeking a service-oriented personality who is confortable working with demanding clients and flight crew (direct customer contact at the front), which pro-actively and flexibly can use their organisational skills in several tasks simultaneously.
