General Flight and Control subsystem engineer to develop and manage requirements, design control and autonomy algorithms, perform spacecraft orbital and rigid-body dynamics analysis, design telemetry and command systems, support mixed simulation testing for embedded flight software, and develop spacecraft operating procedures. Potential assignments will include system engineering, attitude control unit engineering, software interface and requirements management, space vehicle autonomy algorithm development, mission operations, dynamics and controls analysis, and requirements validation.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
