The Training Officer Airport Services is responsible for reviewing, formulating and implementing training plans and programs for in-house, industry and other regulatory courses for Ground Services field staff in order to achieve 5-star service delivery on the Ground. This involves monitoring and controlling training deployment in order to ensure that mandatory trainings are taken by the staff concerned, licensure are obtained on time and courses/trainings are adequately budgeted. The selected candidate will also be responsible for planning and controlling training requirements of authorized GHA, conduct 5-star audit and collate and analyze station performance and KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements
•Must be University Graduate Degree
•Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar capacity ideally with an airline or hotel/hospitality industry
•Must have strong analytical skills, good attention to details, able to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities and able to meet deadlines.
•Well-developed inter-personal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
•Must be computer literate and proficient in excel, word and powerpoint
•Must have strong management skills
