HEAD OF REVENUE OPTIMIZATION - BANGLADESH - AIRLINE MANAGEMENT

Our client is a rapidly growing and major airline in Bangladesh and due to their growth plans and fast developing network, they now require a Head of Revenue Optimization.

Job Description:

To develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize revenue integrity performance and minimize the leakages on system abuses to achieve the best results. Develop accurate and effective methods and tools for tracking RI issues to optimize performance. Look at RI processes (flight firming; duplicate bookings; RBD violations; no show and down-line cancellations etc) and provide solutions for their optimization in order to improve integrity of the inventory and achieve the best practices. Ensure high accuracy on overall business performance follow-up, forecasting and market modelling and medium and long term business strategy building.

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years work experience out of which 5 years should be at management level in a related discipline.
A deep understanding of the airline industry and a comprehensive knowledge on revenue management of network airlines is required.
Prior experience working with a revenue integrity issues and system is a definite asset.
Airline Reservations/Ticketing or GDS experience is a plus.
Candidate must possess strong quantitative skills and advance problem solving skills.

Remuneration package:
