The position will report to the UK and Ireland HR Leader and will provide HR support to all Boeing businesses and employees in the UK & Ireland as a member of the UK and Ireland Human Resources team. The role will have a particular focus on the UK Rotorcraft Business. Specifically the incumbent will: Work closely with business and function leaders and the UK and EMEA HR team to ensure optimum use of available resources, coordination and communication for overall consistency and efficiency. Conduct the research and analysis necessary to counsel business leaders and employees on a wide range of HR matters. Advise leaders on the interpretation and application of human resource processes and policies. Coach leaders and employees on individual and team relationship and HR matters. Will support leaders in managing various human resource processes such as staffing, organization and compensation reviews and terminations. Investigate employee concerns or complaints, develop resolutions, and counsel employees on a wide spectrum of matters including career and development opportunities, pay practices. Maintain employee data in HR systems. Analyse and determine trends and develop action plans) Participate on special projects or teams as needed to review and improve on current HR processes and policies. Educate employees on the use of HR systems (e.g., TotalAccess) by actively assisting in the learning process to attain employee self-reliance and proficiency.
