Represents the Boeing Company in support of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Supplier Quality. Performs Supplier Quality Specialist activities to assure on time delivery of quality product at Boeing supplier partner manufacturing sites in Japan. Primarily responsible for source inspection of product. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with applicable requirements. Delegates product acceptance responsibility to suppliers in accordance with established processes and regulatory requirements. Assesses capability and capacity of suppliers to perform current or potential future work. Acts as focal to resolve issues and concerns involving suppliers and company organizations.

This requisition is to support 787 Supplier Quality on a one year contract for an international, locally hired position. There may be a need to extend the contract beyond one year. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CURRENT LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN JAPAN. BOEING WILL NOT ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN IMMIGRATION AND LABOR SPONSORSHIP FOR ANY APPLICANT.
