Industrial Security Specialist for the Boeing Crystal City, Virginia Office whose responsibilities will include; assisting the East Region Senior Security Manager, Program Security Manager and Facility Security Officer with implementing and administering government and company policies and procedures associated with the Crystal Park 5 facility. Will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of the National Industrial Security Program; perform day-to-day security activities insuring compliance of security disciplines associated with company and government directives; obtain guidance from various customer sources and articulate interpretation to management and program personnel; administer classified material control and accountability systems; working knowledge of JPAS; evaluate complex problems and provide solutions to security management and site leadership; prepare security plans; perform and participate in recurring company and Cognizant Security Agency security audits to include subcontractors/ teammates; administer security awareness/training and be customer focused. Perform other duties as assigned.

Posses and maintain a Department of Defense Personnel Clearance at the final Top Secret level and required program access with completion.
