Integrated Scheduling Specialist supporting the Secure Border Initiative Network (SBInet) Program. Leads program in Integrated Scheduling requirements in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Leads the integration and coordination of integrated schedules across multiple teams. Leads schedule reviews, interfaces with management and Government representatives. Understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Represents organization as a point of contact on contracts or projects for plan and schedule. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. US Person Status required for this position.

Extensive, specialized ability to identify time frames for key project milestones, ensure alignment of sub tier activities for overall project visibility, tracking and completion, direct and manage more complex project schedules requiring interfacing with multi regional or international activities, independently identify project resource requirements, and integrate and direct multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Extensive, specialized ability to collaborate with others on the very complex projects assigned.

Scheduling Tools
Basic - Extensive and specialized knowledge of master schedule tools and their application (e.g., #1 Flow, critical path analysis, trend analysis, improvement curve theory, precedence network).
Preferred - Expert knowledge of master schedule tools and their application (e.g., #1 Flow, critical path analysis, trend analysis, improvement curve theory, precedence network).

Typical Education/Experience



Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 5 - Bachelor's degree and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Other Job related information



Experience with Integrated Schedules, logic networks, and risk management. Multiple site and subcontractor schedule integration experience. Proficient with database tools and standard Microsoft Office applications. Requires experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP). Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division.
