Integrated Scheduling Specialist to support I&SS Mission Systems program in Northern Virginia. Develops program and/or project level schedules for both recurring and non-recurring aspects of new business acquisitions, proposals and ongoing production and/or change driven activities. Integrates program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional and product groups, suppliers and partners. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses. Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Identifies and reports schedule performance variances and associated cost impacts to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Performs scheduling impact analyses related to a change request and incorporates approved changes. Ensures configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.

Critical Path Methodology
Complete knowledge of critical path network methodology (e.g., logic, relationship/interdependency, early/late, start/complete, minimum duration).

Risk Assessment Methodology
Complete knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools to update and develop mission essential lists/minimum equipment lists (MEL).

Scheduling Requirements
Complete knowledge of customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries, for example planned versus unplanned demand, economic order quantity, resource planning, material type, manufacture or purchase, lead times.

Scheduling Tools
Solid working knowledge of master schedule tools and their application (e.g., #1 Flow, critical path analysis, trend analysis, improvement curve theory, precedence network).

Typical Education/Experience



Bachelor's and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Other Job related information



Requires experience with MS Project and/or Open Plan Professional. Proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications. Prefer knowledge and experience with Agile Software development process. Requires active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take CI Poly. Submitted resumes must clearly indicate current Security Clearance status and date of most recent review.
