Integrated Scheduling Specialist for the F-22 program. Responsible to develop project level and/or program schedules for both recurring and non-recurring aspects of annual and multiyear contracts/or change driven activities. Will support F-22 Integrated Scheduling group for process development and documentation for Earned Value compliance as well as guidance to IPTs for same. Integrates program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional and product groups, suppliers and partners. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses. Identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Identifies and reports schedule performance variances and any associated cost variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules. Leads, directs and facilitates, using accepted integrated scheduling techniques, to status and measure progress. Coordinates with management to develop a corrective action plan for performance variances. Leads the integration and schedule impact analysis of complex and/or multiple schedule changes. Oversees configuration control of integrated program plans and schedules.

Scheduling Tools

Typical Education/Experience
