Position serves as a member of the KC-767 Maintenance Operations Integrated Fleet Support Team. This requires interfacing across the full spectrum of IPT's supporting the KC-767 to include Finance, ILS Planning and Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Engineering, Training, Scheduling, Program Managers, and Program Executives. Represent Maintenance Operation to the customers in Italy and Japan, at all levels from Air Staff, Wing, and Maintenance Organization including technicians performing touch labor. Primary Responsibilities: Scheduler maintaining detailed task schedules in both MS Project and CSPR, manage the schedule to anticipate schedule adjustments and recommend corrective action, coordinate changes to minimize cost and schedule variance. Coordinate internal training for Line maintenance personnel, Boeing Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Tanker Operations Controllers, and Quality Control personnel; Training System Coordinator assessing internal training needs and documenting requirements in Sustainment Information System (SIS) Training Management System (TMS); Training System Coordinator assessing external OJT maintenance training requirements for Customer maintenance personnel, planning, coordinating and reporting progress and completion military customer personnel; Training Courseware Developer / Instructor for Human Factors as related to maintenance personnel; Cost Account Manager (alternate) documenting performance, reviewing cost and schedule Earned Value Management (EVM) data, recommending corrective action, prepare cost schedule Estimates At Completion (EAC), communicate with IPT Finance Focal. Knowledge and experience with KC-767 maintenance training courseware a plus; Focal for MO Export Management insuring compliance with ITAR and Boeing proprietary requirements for exchanging information with Foreign Customers.

Extensive knowledge of operations, environments, and maintenance support concepts.

Possesses extensive, specialized knowledge and the ability to interpret and support development of policies, practices, processes, and procedures, i.e. ISO recourses including documentation, as they apply to technical documentation to ensure quality product delivery.

Typical Education/Experience



Bachelor's degree and related work experience, a Master's degree and related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Other Job related information



Ability to Obtain Interim and/or Final Clearances (Post Start) - Candidate must be eligible to live and work in the 'U.S. The successful candidate should have direct heavy aircraft maintenance experience. Experience on Tankers or specifically the KC-767 Tankers is a plus. Candidate should have knowledge of Earned Value Management concepts; experience using the Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS). Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Project, Excel, and Word are a plus. The successful candidate should have a through understanding of Integrated Logistics Support, Configuration management, Engineering drawings, Maintenance Manuals, Human Factors in Maintenance, Export, Maintenance, Supply Support and Maintenance Documentation.
