Boeing is looking to hire a person that can interface with the staffs of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM). The position will conduct Field Marketing activities to include leveraging company resources to support all interactions of Boeing Business entities involving USCENTCOM and USSOUTHCOM. The candidate must have experience in or an excellent knowledge of CENTCOM and SOUTHCOM roles, missions, and requirements of current and future capabilities. Also, this position will serve as the customer face to the service component commands reporting directly to these Combatant Commands. This necessitates possessing an understanding of each Services' acquisition, logistics, requirement, and resourcing processes. The candidate must also be knowledgeable of the DOD Security Assistance process and the Theater Security Cooperation Plans for these Combatant Commands. Be accountable to IDS Business Units and the VP of Field Marketing Advocacy Integration for customer insights, support, and guidance. Demonstrate the confidence and competence to interact at the General/Flag officer and Senior Executive Service level. The candidate must be able to listen to the customer, understand their needs, strategies, and motivations, and communicate these to Boeing management in a clear and concise manner. Leverages company resources and knowledge of Boeing products, services, processes and operations to support customer commitments and foster business growth. Initiates and advances customer relationships and works to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer. Verifies, evaluates and applies detailed customer knowledge to advance campaign activity, support the long range business plan (LRBP) and contribute to strategy development (i.e. country, region, campaign). Integrates knowledge into business strategies and solutions. Identifies future business opportunities and promotes the value of Boeing portfolio and partnership. Interfaces with customers and internal Boeing resources to keep all parties apprised of key issues. Ensures strategic alignment with the customer, Long Range Business Plan and regional and country objectives.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 5 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 6 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 20 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 18 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information
Must be a self starter who is innovative and able to operate in a dynamic work environment with minimal supervision. Must display integrity, good judgment, maturity, and a high degree of dedication. Prefer experience with writing, editing, and evaluating proposals in response to JUONS, JCTDs, and RFI/RFPs. Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree desired.
