1. Customer Liaison - Proactively ensure local customers contractural training commitments, in respect of short term schedule changes (14 days) are properly defined and delivered. Act as a local focal point for facilitating customer needs. 2. Billing - Communicate billing procedures to customers. Initial collections contact for pre-billing activities involving liaison with Finance and the customer. 3. Invoicing:- Responsible for SAP customer invoicing process associated with airline and Boeing Training contracts. 4. Internal relationships - Work in coordination/collaboration with Scheduling team on a daily basis. Maintain key relationships between other departments (e.g. Training, Sales and Finance). 5. Training Support: - provide support with regards to the preparation and availability of manuals, course paperwork/preparation and other duties as required 6. Reporting- run periodical reports on customers visits, schedules and performance against contractual commitments contracts; weekly reporting of device utilization and revenue projections and actuals. Track and maintain final usage records and training records for billing in accordance with the Alteon Sales department 7. General Administration - organisation and co-ordination of training centre administrative functions in close consultation with the Flight Training Department. 8. Deputise for Guest Services Representative in own centre as required 9. To provide support to other centres in the role of Operations Co-ordinator as required

Typical Education/Experience

 

A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service/administrative role Demonstrates proficiency in desktop computer applications (i.e. word-processing, spreadsheets, database management. SAP and ATMS proficiency desirable. Aviation training experience preferred.
