Position requires current SSBI/SCI security clearance. Candidate will act as the Manager of personnel working in a real-time operations environment and oversee the data to day operations of a complex system. Candidate reports to the Operations Director for a 24x7 operations center. Candidate is the senior Boeing Operations representative on the operations floor. Candidate is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of mission objectives. Candidate delegates responsibilities among the operations team and serves as the operations focal point between management and customer representatives during both nominal and anomalous operations. Candidate coordinates planned/unplanned facility activities that may impact operations. Candidate should be capable of obtaining system operational certification as Operations Manager. Candidate also participates in the development of engineering processes, methods and tools. Candidate requires strong analytical skills and supervisory experience. Candidate must have strong communications and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management, customers and operations team. Experience in a space operations environment is required. Candidate must be a team player. Position works 12-hour rotating shifts. Overtime may be required.

Typical Education/Experience
