This position will be responsible for providing functional support of the Order to Delivery Phase of Integrated Material and Information Management (IMIM), and will report to the Lifecycle 3 (LC3) Program Manager. This individual will be the IMIM Product Support lead for multiple sites, including: St. Louis, Philadelphia, Mesa and Long Beach. This individual will also lead the Metrics and Reporting Integrated Product Team which will span all Lifecycles of the IMIM Program. Primary responsibilities include defining and translating business requirements into system specifications, managing the integration of processes and technology across multiple GS&S sites, and developing and integrating project plans, strategies and business processes to meet project goals. Additional responsibilities include continually monitoring and reviewing performance metrics and improvement plans to ensure integration across sites and initiatives as well as ensuring the application of Program Management Best Practices. This individual will be required to support the execution of project plans, including responsibility for financial and resource plans, risk management, contract terms/conditions, and customer relationships.

This individual will work in a collaborative environment with site and functional leaders, suppliers and customers to develop, integrate, and implement new or revised processes, tools and requirements in support of IMIM. This individual must be able to identify risk, analyze situations, assess options, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, achieve opportunities, and communicate across a broad audience. Previous leadership experience and project management experience a plus. This individual will be based out of St. Louis, but may reside in any of the major Supply Chain Management sites such as St. Louis, Mesa, Philadelphia or Long Beach.
