A new opportunity has arisen within Enterprise Services for a Global Mobility/Enterprise Services Regional Service Integrator. The physical location of this position may be based in one of our SSG Managed European Offices, depending on the candidate selected. This position is open to candidates throughout Europe. The role will require up to 33% travel within Europe and occasional travel to the US. The primary duties include the following: - Serve as the focal point for emerging issues and coordinate solutions by effectively engaging the various networks and resources available within the Region and US organizations. Work with US-based Enterprise Services (Relocation/Global Mobility) team and leaders of regional service providers to integrate and improve processes that deliver services to international assignees. - Develop a network of contacts and resources which includes regional leaders, Country, expatriate management, and local business offices. The network will facilitate communications, education, and problem solving. - Act as a key regional resource for communicating and ensuring understanding of global mobility services, processes, and projects. Other duties will involve the following: - Where appropriate, serve as spokesperson to the business partner forums and to other internal Boeing audiences, and attend regional-level meetings. - Provide regional oversight of Global Mobility service providers, including periodic service quality reviews with regional management. - Perform other Global Mobility regional functions where local presence can significantly facilitate the process, such as: expat housing lease arrangements, interaction with sourcing, and representative for new site development. - Eventually expanding service integrator role into other Enterprise Service functions, such as Staffing and Health, Benefits and Worklife.

The successful candidate will be expected to spend one month in the US for initial training. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position.
