Develops training materials using common office applications and delivers training materials in the areas of new hire orientations, site security awareness, information protection and fire protection processes.

Develops procedures / desktop instructions to implement Security & Fire Protection standards, practices and instructions in the areas of badge & ID, lock & key and others. Provides backup assistance in the area of lock & key.

Consults with and advises management and functional teams regarding company information protection planning, development and improvement activities to protect company people, property, information and interests. Resolves information protection problems and implements improvement processes that require integration across functions to enhance operations.

Oversees site-wide badge & ID functionality and provides assistance and consultation to the Enterprise Process Action Team (PAT) identifying and mitigating the impacts of, or employing company, industry or government regulations or trends.

Coordinates and conducts independent security reviews, assessments and analysis of site-wide security & fire protection practices and products as required/regulated by Enterprise Security & Fire Protection (S&FP).

Oversees and coordinates site S&FP lean initiatives (training, reports, 5S-ing, GEMBA and others).

Performs general S&FP administration (employee involvement, monthly reports, trend analysis, business continuity and others).

Assists with less experienced personnel with security & fire related tasks.

Oversees/supports activities to protect company assets.

Government Security Regs
Complete knowledge of government security regulations (e.g., National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual [NISPOM], International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITAR], Export Administration Regulations [EAR]).

Handling Boeing Proprietary
Complete skill and ability to work with sensitive information, safeguarding confidential information and working with it dispassionately.

Security/Fire Protection Ops
Complete knowledge of Boeing Security and Fire Protection services (e.g., industrial security operations, access management, investigations, information security), products (e.g., badging, technology control plans, Standard Practice Procedures), Security and Fire Protection contacts (e.g., directors, site senior managers), and capabilities.

Typical Education/Experience

Bachelor's and proven related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
