Role – Service Engineer

To provide senior technical assistance to the network at 3rd line support level and provide an interface to 4th line in Architecture & Engineering. Provide software integration skills to the team, integrating equipment and network management and configuration tools, ensuring that the processes involved are fully understood, documented and tested prior to roll out. In addition the role will provide continuity of service as part of the 3rd line Team and shift relief/emergency cover for 2nd line NOC Engineers.
